- By entering the promotion you agree to disclose your details (name and image) for the purposes of dispatching your prize and publicly announcing a winner upon acceptance. This also indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter.
- There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred in any way, but the winner can refuse the prize if they so wish.
- Competitions start at the time of publishing and may be;
- Extended, if the number of entrants falls short of the targets required by the sponsor.
- Ended early, at the discretion of Vision Foundation if the number of entrants meets or exceeds the targets expected.
- All participants must be 16 years of age or older and be legally residing in the UK.
- If there is more than one way to enter, it will be mentioned on the individual channels.
- Participants must be submitted by him/her, entrants cannot use a third party to enter on their behalf.
- Unless previously mentioned otherwise, multiple accounts held by the same person shall be treated as one entry.
- Any entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated services will be disqualified.
- Winner(s) will be notified by DM, private message, and all available lines of communication provided on the end date of the promotion for which their name/alias shall be published on all our social media channels.
- If the winner cannot be contacted directly or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and announce one replacement winner. Add that we will only try a winner and 1 replacement.
- Vision Foundation’s decision is final and no correspondence entered by entrants regarding the competition shall be responded to.
- Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Giveaway ends at 18:45 pm 25/02/21 unless otherwise stated by Vision Foundation.
