Director of Finances and Resources
The Director of Finance and Resources is responsible for financial leadership and management alongside risk management and compliance, HR, IT, and facilities. In a small organisation it is imperative you can work strategically and collaboratively with your executive colleagues, business partnering across the charity.

Vacancies on our Board
We are currently looking to recruit two new trustees, as well as a Chair. Our current Chair, Anna Tylor, is moving on after four years to become Chair designate at RNIB – which is both a tremendous achievement for her and recognition of her achievements in transforming this charity, among other things.
The Board currently comprises seven trustees (as well as the Chair), and meets five times a year. We are particularly keen to recruit people with lived experience of sight loss to these roles. Experience of grantmaking, retail, HR, social media and digital, policy and campaigns or eye health, would also be particularly welcome.
