Events and Community Fundraising Executive

We’re looking for an Events and Community Fundraising Executive to join our successful and growing fundraising team to help develop, support and manage a range of events. From the London Marathon to gala balls, working with everyone from fun-runners to royalty, this role has everything. As the world opens back up, this role will also be exploring greater community partnerships within the London area – everyone from schools, Rotary groups, and gamers.

Closing date: 4pm, Wednesday 28 July 2021.

The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24 year-olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long-term unemployment.


Customer Service Assistant

Based at our charity shop in West Norwood, this role involves welcoming and interacting with customers, offering help with any questions and serving them on the till. Training on the till will be given so that you can provide excellent service to our loyal customers ensuring they have a great experience in-store.

Digital eBay Assistant

This role at our retail office in West Norwood involves photographing donated items, pricing, researching, promoting listings on social media, picking, packing, and despatching products once sold. Full training will be given so that you can provide excellent customer service to our eBay customers ensuring they have a great experience online.

Donations Hub (Warehouse) Assistant

Based at donations hub in West Norwood where we receive all our donated clothing, textiles, accessories, and more through the Vision Foundation shops. We focus on sorting, pricing, showcasing, and finding the right location for our fabulous donations, from on-trend high street to designer labels and vintage pieces. Full training will be given so that you can provide excellent customer service to our shops ensuring they have everything they require to achieve their sales targets.
