Providing a crucial lifeline for young people struggling with their mental health

How does it work?
The free, 24/7 service is available to anyone in the UK. It’s a place to turn to if you’re struggling to cope. All you need to do to start a conversation is text VIP to 85258.

Maria says, “I was 14 when I was diagnosed with retinal dystrophy. I felt there was nothing available to help me come to terms with losing my sight. If I’d had a service I could text it would have helped me understand what I was going through and how it was normal to feel anxious.”
