With the Covid-19 virus still an active threat to our society we now find ourselves in uncharted waters, with lockdown measures being eased and social distancing provisions mandatory.

For sight loss organisations and other charities working with blind and partially sighted people their are some specific areas of concern regarding re-opening buildings or re-starting services and projects. Everyone needs to assess and manage the risks of coronavirus. As employers there is also a legal responsibility to protect workers and others from risk to their health and safety. This means thinking about the risks they face and doing everything reasonably practicable to minimise them.

This Vision Foundation webinar will bring together experts in employment law, insurance and accessibility, to help you navigate a path to re-start your services and re-open your workplace whilst ensuring your staff and volunteers stay safe.
